Come connect and collaborate!!!

     Aha! gatherings, circles, salons, showcases and cinemas are open to everyone (artist or not).  The events include arts and music lovers, arts collectors, educators, community leaders, environmentalists, artists, musicians, poets, photographers and any creative catalysts or spirits.  All events are interfaith and open to individuals and groups regardless of creative discipline or philosophy.  These are great places to connect and collaborate!  

Newcomers are Welcome... also artists may perform or display...

      Aha! is an open and inclusive group. Newcomers are always welcome at Aha! events. Up to 50 percent of any given event are new people.  Also, if you are an musician, poet, performer, or fine artist or photographer and wish to present, perform or display samples of your work during or after any events simply request to do in advance when you RSVP.  You can also bring business cards, fliers, etc. to help exchange your work and vision with others.  At every event or gathering there is time before we start or after we end to network.  And at most events there is also time to present a song, poem or inspired written piece as well.  These events are great places (warm and encouraging audience) to test out new poems, new songs, or new written pieces.  

Doors open 15 minutes prior to each event for food arrival, artist display set up and networking.  

Informal art auctions for visual artists / fine artists at some events.. 

     Photographer, sculptors , painters or any mixed media artists may partake in one of our informal auctions at an event.  Simply ask about availability and let us know you are interested in placing one or two of your pieces, prints, etc. in the auction . Send request to Boomer at TheArtistsLine@cs.com  Some guidelines: a) items should be somewhat unique and should not compete with other items you may have for sale at the event. b) you name the starting price (about half the retail.  c) if the item is sold then 50 percent goes to Aha! as a nonprofit to help its services and activities statewide, and 50% goes back to the creator / artist of the work. d) if the item does not sell at that event then Aha! takes it to the next event with an auction...

Donations for events go to help support the nonprofit activities, promotions and services of Artists Helping Artists (Aha!).    Aha! is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit charity.  If you see and feel the vision of Aha! please feel free to assist us by making any larger donation you wish.  

Want to bring an inspired gathering to your home or your community?

Artists Helping Artists (Aha!) loves to bring inspired gatherings and or unique circles to locations and areas.  We can arrange events around a specific theme (vision, playfulness, inspiration or imagination) for your friends or for both your friends and our friends.    These can be informal events where you or your organization have a potluck event and you invite people and we also invite people...   Or if you or your nonprofit or group are having a dinner or other party and you looking for a handful of musicians and artists.... then we can bring in several of our artists.    (Locations should be able to hold 20 to 30 persons minimum…  Please email Boomer, Director of Aha! at TheArtistsLine@cs.com  for more information or to discuss how this could work for you or your group.
